The plants

Harpagophytum, or devils claws (Harpagophytum procumbens), (333 mg of plant is the equivalent to 35 mg of extract) with 10 mg harpagoside per cap, helps in the maintenance of the flexibility and well being of the joints.

Incense, also called boswellia (Boswellia serrata), (450 mg of plant is the equivalent to 140 mg of extract), with 130 mg boswellic acid per cap, collaborates in reducing the unwelcome symptoms that may plague the joints.

Bamboo (Bambusa arundiaceae), 200 mg of plant is equivalent to 100 mg of silicium extract per cap, is above all advised as reconstituent and favours the flexibility and mobility of the limbs.
