Flora + is a well-balanced combination of probiotics and prebiotics to stabilize the intestinal flora.
A bad digestion is translated by a bloated stomach, constipation or unlike the diarrhoea, a bad breath, fatigue and irritability. Often these are due to an imbalance of the intestinal flora which origin can be due to food imbalance, diets, intake of chemicals such as medicines, stress, tobacco etc.
This imbalance can contribute to a decline of the immune system and to bloated bowel.
It is thus important to facilitate the reconstruction of the intestinal flora to allow us to digest better our food and so to help us to restore our immune balance.
When you have a bloated belly, digestive problems, bad breath, diarrhoea problems or constipation resulting in fatigue, irritability and a lowered immune system.

We used Maltodextrin which are natural sugars that are nutriments on which the probiotics feed and it also stimulates their proliferation. Hence, we have a more complete formula: pre and probiotics in the same cap.
The probiotics are living substances having beneficial effects on our health by helping equilibrate our intestinal flora.
- 2 billion Lactobacillus casei which is known for its positive effect on the good health of our cells.
- 2 billion Lactobacillus reuteri which is a known antioxidant.
- 2 billion Bifidobacterium lactis infantis stimulates our immune cells and acts in synergy with lactobacillus.
- 2 billion Lactobacillus gasseri facilitates intestinal transit and digestion and helps control weight.
- 2 billion Lactobacillus johnsonii helps protect the intestinal wall.
This represents a total of 10 milliard lactic ferments which are working in synergy for a better intestinal flora balance.
Coating: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464).
These capsules are coated with a protective coat, that has the peculiarity to protect the efficiency of the probiotics until their arrival in the bowel (so resisting to the acid aggression during their passage in the oesophagus and the stomach).

To date, no toxicity or mutagenicity has been demonstrated at the recommended doses.
Normal maintenance dose (adults and children over 40 kg): 1 capsule per day, with a glass of water (125 ml), preferably in the morning at breakfast.
In case of specific conditions (acute or chronic diarrhoea, parositosis, lactose intolerance, etc.), the dose may be increased (2 caps per day) and/or prolonged.
